This bike is built. I mean tough and it is heavy even without the battery. Everything is first class.

Absolutely love the bike. It’s very smooth and came mostly assembled. I purchased a different one from a different brand earlier this year and it was not up to standards l but this one is well worth it!

A very nice bicycle, my daughter is thrilled! Shipping was very fast and smooth. We were in constant contact with customer service. The bicycle was assembled and ready to use after two hours. We would gladly buy from them again. Top seller!

Excellent battery life
The Hillmiles Milecity1 battery lasts a very long time, ideal for daily commutes and rides.

Assembly is quite manageable for two people with a little common sense. The bike makes a very sturdy impression, looks great, and the first few laps around the block have shown that the assistance works really well. A rear light would be nice, of course, but this is clearly stated in the description. And at this price, it shouldn't be a problem to mount a rear light. For me, the removable battery was a big plus. So far, I haven't had any reason to complain. However, I've already received a message that I can contact them anytime if anything comes up. A definite recommendation!
